I have known Mary for several years now. We have worked together on a few different photoshoots with her being my hair and makeup artist. So needless to say it was beyond awesome to get her in front of my camera this time! The energy Mary brings to a room is so much fun and positive that you can’t help but enjoy yourself. And let’s not talk about her laugh. Seriously it is contagious, so you know we laughed for reals during her entire session.
And from being a makeup artist myself it is always nerve wracking to apply a fellow artists makeup, but when you show up looking like Mary your job is easy-peasy! I hope I get to photograph you again Mary! A huge thank you goes out to you as well for allowing me to experiment with a new lighting technique of using colored gels over lights to create something different. I still have a bit of learning and playing to do with these but you were a trooper while I played around 🙂

welcoming studio made you feel posh and special. For my first experience in front of the camera, Shonda brought me into her little world of beauty and fun! Her makeup and fashion area is clean and tidy, everything organized to guide you through a plethora of fun outfits for your experience. I enjoyed having my makeup done by someone else for a change, and Shonda consulted me through everything she was doing.
Then the magic happened, I was not the most experienced model, but Shonda had amazing ideas on posing that allowed her to really capture my fun and sexy side! Her excitement made me more and more confident. And I knew whatever I was doing was working. She guided me through the whole shoot. And not mention, she hilarious and I couldn’t stop laughing! Super fun! I had a blast! And I’m absolutely thrilled to see the finished product! 💕”
