I have to start off by saying how much I loved photographing this family!!! I am actually lucky enough to work with the daughter of this family Megan. She is a nurse in the Navy and is married to Naval Officer as well who was unfortunately not able to be in these images as he is currently deployed. She is doing an amazing job as well I must say! This is just a little bit about her:
Purple is my favorite color. I grew up in Montana and Indiana. Getting these pictures means so much to me. They are a birthday gift for my mother. She has always put others first and never asks for anything. She is always trying to get pictures of her children when we visit. She’s never able to get that one thing she asks for. This is a small way for us to let her know how much we love and appreciate her.
Both of her brothers also flew in for this session to make it special for Peggy and I am so thrilled I was chosen to capture this moment in time for them!
