Anne made one of my creative wishes come true! I have wanted to photograph a natural redhead for quite some time. I had images of dark toned coloring and fall infused styling. Well as it turns out my husband is playing on a local co-ed softball team for parks n rec and Anne is actually on his team. I had told my husband how I thought Anne would be perfect and I’d love to photograph her. I simply said it not thinking I would approach her until my husband urged me to do as he supports me like mad in my business and personal creative endeavors. So one day after a practice I approached Anne. I didn’t know her other than her name was Anne and she played on his team so I’m sure it seemed silly when I walked up to her. Anyhow I told her my vision and she was on board! Woot Woot!
I also was introduced recently to a new Makeup Artist who is rekindling her desire to be working along side photographers and brides and reinventing her craft. It seemed like a good time to try and create a professional relationship after we met for drinks and got to hear about what makes our creative sides tick. Mary easily saw what I had as a vision and helped me create the moods I was hoping for. We each brought something to the table for wardrobes which created some gorgeous images.
