This is Katie. She is 18 years old and is entering one of the best times of her life… Her senior year of high school! Gosh I can remember when I started my senior year. I was nervous and excited and just ready for it to be done. LOL But this young woman is truly amazing. She is a member of several groups in school including the choir club and also the secretary of the choir club, being the president of the drama club; & in National Honor Society doing charity work for the community including an upcoming fundraiser at the Homecoming game for the WAIF. She described herself as artsy and a little nerdy but not super funny. I disagree with the funny part because we had plenty of laughs during our shoot.
I am very lucky to know this young girls mom and am sure she has been brought up with strength and dignity and have no doubts in my mind she will go far with whatever her journey will be in life. I hope to keep in touch and see what wonderful adventures she’s takes after she graduates this upcoming 2014 year!
