Hi there, thank you for taking a moment to learn a little bit more about the photographer behind the lens at Shonda Hilton Photography. I’d like to share just a piece of who I am and why I do what I love.
Is to show all women no matter your age, weight, marital status or if you have children or not that you have a light that shines from within. Your family and friends know the beauty that you hold and my goal is to show you what they see. All women deserve to feel beautiful. It is time to start a love affair with yourself.
Book a session now for an all out “me” day and have an individual glamour session which includes hair and makeup or have a girls day and book a shoot with your girlfriends. Want to feel amazingly beautiful and capture a family portrait for your home? No problem book a glamour session with a spin of family portraiture.
I am lucky enough to be married to a wonderful man whom after 20 years is still continuing to grow with me. He encourages me and supports my desires to help women see themselves through photography and I’m forever grateful for him. We are the proud parents of a 12 year-old little “man” who is a crazy sports fanatic and always on the go.
I am also a full-time Labor and Delivery Nurse and cannot begin to say how lucky I am to be involved in the memories of bringing a child into this world with my patients and their families.
Being a self-taught photographer I am continuing to learn and grow every day. There is not a day that goes by I do not read or watch something photography related, whether it is about running a business (which has had a learning curve), learning a new editing technique, lighting, or website management. I never thought I would have become this passionate and interested in photography and I must say it is a wonderful journey that I hope you enjoy as well.
Meet Taylor- Shonda Hilton Photography’s Sales Manager
“I am married to my wonderful husband of only two years. But we have accomplished so much in our short time together including raising our two daughters, finishing my bachelor’s degree, landing the dream job, and turning our five acres into a working farm. We currently have 48 animals at our own piece of paradise on Whidbey. 40 chickens, five pigs, two cats, and our newest addition, Molly the chocolate lab. Turkeys and bees are going to be our next adventure! I am always learning something new every day, which has made life truly the greatest adventure. I have followed Shonda’s photography since the beginning of meeting her and I just love her idea of helping to showcase everyone’s true beauty. I am thrilled to be starting on this adventure as well!”
